The Procedure

Contact us and we will email you a repair reference number and details of where to send your laptop. There is no need to pay straight away. We prefer you to pay only when your laptop is repaired. There is no need to send your mains adapter/charger or battery etc. This will save you postage costs. As soon as we have received your laptop, we will repair it promptly and contact you to inform you it's ready. You then make your payment, either PayPal or Bank Transfer. Once the payment is received, we will send your machine back to you by FedEx or Royal Mail Special Delivery if you prefer (extra cost).
